We are incredibly proud of Kyeema’s unwavering dedication to improving health and prosperity in marginalized communities. This year has been marked by transformative milestones, new opportunities, and impactful work that deeply aligns with our mission.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Anthony Carrigan for his exceptional leadership as CEO. Under his guidance, Kyeema successfully navigated the Australian Government’s Non-Profit Cooperation Program accreditation, securing ongoing funding for our initiatives. His strategic vision has provided a robust foundation for future growth and achievements.

It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome Marijke as Kyeema’s new CEO. Marijke brings extensive experience in creating innovative solutions and building resilient partnerships, and we are confident in her ability to drive Kyeema’s growth and success forward.

Throughout this year, Kyeema has demonstrated strong financial health, ensuring the sustainability of our programs and initiatives. We have diversified our funding sources, securing grants and donations from a broad range of partners.

With prudent financial management, we’ve maximized the impact of every dollar invested, upholding our commitment to transparency and accountability, so our supporters can be assured of the integrity of our operations.

Our work this year saw the launch of the Direct Aid Program in Ethiopia, empowering heads of households with disabilities. We also secured funding from the Pacific American Fund to restore coastal ecosystems in Papua New Guinea. Meanwhile, our core programs in health, nutrition, and livelihoods have flourished in Mozambique, Malawi, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea.

Looking to the future, Kyeema is focused on expanding our presence in the Pacific and reinforcing community resilience in all our areas of work. We aim to broaden our reach to marginalized communities, adopt innovative solutions to address health, nutrition, and livelihood challenges, and foster partnerships that amplify our impact. Additionally, promoting sustainable practices and empowering communities to become self-reliant and resilient remain central to our mission.
