Privacy notice: Kyeema e-news

What we collect:
We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any sensitive types of information. This does however include name, email and your country of residence.

Why we collect it:
We need to know your basic personal data to provide you with the information that you have asked to receive. We will not collect any personal data from you which we do not need to provide and oversee this service to you.

How long we keep it:
Your personal data will be kept with us until you unsubscribe from the list.

What we do with it:

Your personal data will be used to provide you with information regarding news and updates, stories and research results from Kyeema.

All the personal data collected is processed by our staff at Kyeema.

For the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, this information is located on servers provided by third-party IT companies. Some of the servers that host your personal data may be located in countries that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of your home country. We take appropriate steps to make sure that our service providers act in accordance with applicable Australian laws and the EU & UK General Data Protection Regulations.

Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties.

What your rights are:
You can unsubscribe from Kyeema e-news at any time via the link that is included in every mailing. Once you unsubscribe, your personal data will be deleted from our system and you will not receive any more mailings from this list.

If at any point you believe the data for you that we process is incorrect, contact kyeema@kyeemafoundation.org; you can request to see this data and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, also contact this email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your home country.
