Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes, donations of $2 and over are tax deductible in Australia.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. For one-off donations, you will be emailed a tax receipt within 2-3 days. For monthly donations, you will receive a consolidated receipt via email at the end of the financial year, minimising paper and postage. If you would like to change the frequency of your receipt, please email@example.com
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept donations by direct deposit or cheque. Address cheques to GPO Box 3023, Brisbane Qld 4001, Australia.
What will my donation be used for?
Over 90% of donations go directly to our in-community activities and resources. You can nominate a specific project that you would like your donation to go to, when filling this donation form.
When will my account be charged?
Your account will be charged immediately after completing the donation form. For monthly donations, your account will be charged at the same time every month from the date that you started donating.
How do I alter my donation?
You can increase, decrease or cancel your donation at any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. We respond to requests within 24 hours on average.
